Slaton limited in carries, scores TD
News: Houston RB Steve Slaton started the Monday night game against Tennessee but did not get the game's first carry or lead the team in rushing. Those honors were bestowed upon backup Chris Brown -- Ryan Moats didn't even get a carry. Slaton still scored a touchdown in the game. He scored on a 3-yard shovel pass play from QB Matt Schaub in the 1st quarter for the game's first points. Slaton ended with five catches -- to lead the team in receptions -- for 42 yards.
