Clark travels to Denver
Ryan Clark has traveled with the Steelers to Denver, but is not expected to play against the Broncos on Monday night, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Clark has sickle-cell trait, and nearly died the last time he played in Denver after his body had an awful reaction to exerting itself in Colorado's thin air.
Our View: It seems irresponsible for the Steelers not to have taken the decision of whether or not to play out of Clark's hands a long time ago, but nevertheless, here we are. It would be fool's errand for Clark to play tonight, whether he's been medically cleared or not, and you should not expect to see him on the field.
