Spin: The Texans do have a punter, Andrew Shapiro, that also handled kick-offs at Fresno State. And the plan is for Shapiro to compete with both Bullock and punter Shane Lechler. However the competition plays itself out during training camp and preseason, Bullock enters the offseason as the clear leader for the place-kicking job and is expected to be kicking field-goals and extra points for Houston this coming season.
