Plaxico Burress' one game suspension may not be upheld, according to The Journal News.This is pure speculation from beat writer Mike Dougherty. The fact that Burress has apparently flaunted his disdain for team rules yet again would appear to be a huge strike against him playing since he was fully aware of how his failure to comply would result in harsh measures.
