Cornerback Lito Sheppard strained his hamstring during the third quarter of the Week 6 win over the 49ers, the Philadelphia Inquirer notes. He did not return.Sheppard is the third cornerback, but he is a valuable piece of the defense. We didn't figure that the Eagles would try to trade him before Tuesday's deadline, and this injury could cut off any talks.
