Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams are both considered starters by coach John Fox and he indicated they will continue to split carries, according to the Charlotte Observer.This is reasonable, but Stewart does deserve to get the ball more. He is averaging 4.7 yards per carry, and has gained one more yard than Williams (145) on eight fewer rushes. He has also punched in three touchdowns while Williams is still held with none. As of now, Stewart should be the preferred back among fantasy owners.
