David Thornton was limited in Thursday's practice after sitting out yesterday, according to the Tennessean.
Our View: Thornton is nursing a hip ailment. He only missed two games over his previous seven seasons in the NFL, and should be able to play Sunday at San Francisco if he can practice Friday without a problem.
