The NFL Network reports that QB David Garrard expects to be fully healed from back surgery in mid-March/early-April and is intent on playing in 2012, his agent said. 'He is open to all teams and any situation that makes since for him and the team,' said Garrard's agent, Albert Irby. His agent also indicated Garrard would be open to being a backup.
