Slaton to split carries
According to Nick Scurfield on Twitter, Steve Slaton will be part of a running back by committee approach to Sunday's game against the Colts.
Our View: Coach Gary Kubiak plans to use 'all three' of his backs and intends to 'work them all' during the game. So Slaton, Ryan Moats and Chris Brown will all see playing time, but how much is up in the air. Moats figures to be the feature back after his huge performance on Sunday, with Brown getting short yardage plays and Slaton factoring in more on the receiving end. But Slaton should get some carries as well. If he can actually hang onto the ball this week he just may earn his job back.
