Quinn replaced the woeful Derek Anderson late in the fourth quarter during a 30-6 loss at Chicago on Sunday.
Impacts: Even if Quinn regains the starting role he lost in Week 3, it's hard to endorse anyone involved with the Browns offense as a legitimate fantasy option at this point.
