Crabtree likely to start Sunday
The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reports that rookie wide receiver Michael Crabtree is expected to start in his NFL debut this Sunday against the Texans. He will line up across the field from Isaac Bruce.
Our View: Well, that didn't take long. Reports of Crabtree getting buried on the depth chart appear to have been greatly exaggerated. Claims of him likely being behind Josh Morgan, Brandon Jones and Arnaz Battle were all well and good, but flawed for one reason - they're not as talented as Crabtree is. This accelerates his time-table for fantasy relevancy, as well, just don't expect any immediate miracles.
