David Elfin, of The Washington Times, reports Washington Redskins WR Antwaan Randle El is still in the mix for punt returns Week 9, according to a highly placed team source. The team would like to use WR Santana Moss or CB DeAngelo Hall on punt returns, but both are the team’s biggest playmakers.
