Andre Smith (foot) 'doesn't look to be under 350 [pounds],' according to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Our View: Reedy gives strength to the reports that Smith had ballooned to 370 pounds this offseason. If he isn't under 350 and isn't on the 45-man game day roster, he gets docked half his game check. Smith could be headed for the reserve/PUP list if his foot doesn't heal in a hurry.
