Titans ink Cook
Rookie tight end Jared Cook inked a four-year deal with the Titans, according to the Tennessean. He will earn $310,000 this season, $395,000 in 2010, $480,000 in 2011, and $565,000 in the final year of the contract.
Our View: Cook has turned heads in practice with fantastic catches, and the Titans intend to use his size (6-5, 246 pounds) and good athletic ability to create mismatches. He should register a blip on the fantasy radar as a rookie, but his playing time will be limited while stuck behind Bo Scaife and Alge Crumpler on the depth chart at tight end. He is worth targeting in keeper leagues.
