Foster works out for Rams
The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that running back DeShaun Foster was one of five players to work out for the Rams on Tuesday.
Our View: Running back Gary Russell, fullback Carey Davis and linebackers Tank Daniels and David Herron made up the other four guys trying to impress the Rams. The team is obviously not comfortable with Samkon Gado as Steven Jackson's backup and is looking for alternative options. The Rams are also thin on defense after Adam Carriker went down for the season with a torn muscle in his shoulder. Still, GM Billy Devaney has not indicated that any of these players will be signed.
