News: The Orlando Sentinel reports that Vince Carter has been ruled out for Friday's game against Phoenix by coach Stan Van Gundy. The Magic are expected to start J.J. Redick in his place once again. 'I can honestly say that throughout my career I've had little injuries and come back not quite 100 percent and just tried to fight through it,' Carter said. 'They don't really believe in that.
