ESPN.com reports that the five-man swap between the Wizards and the Timberwolves is official. The Wizards receive guards Randy Foye and Mike Miller and the T-Wolves wind up with Etan Thomas, Darius Songaila and Oleksiy Pecherov plus a first-round pick.
Our View: Thomas could thrive on the T-Wolves, as they are in need of some frontcourt presence. They also now possess four first-round picks: numbers 5, 6, 18 and 28.
