Mike James made two of three free throws with 0.3 seconds remaining to lift the short-handed Washington Wizards to a 90-89 preseason victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday night. James was fouled by Willie Green as he attempted a 3-pointer. The 76ers appeared to have the win wrapped up when Green hit a free throw with 1 second remaining.
