SP Yovani Gallardo is ready to join the Brewers rotation after a third rehab outing. When he'll make his first start has yet to be determined. The 22-year-old Gallardo, 9-5 with a 3.67 ERA in his rookie season, began the year on the 15-day disabled list with torn cartilage in his left knee. He threw 109 pitches for Triple-A Nashville on Monday, allowing four runs on seven hits in 6 1/3 innings with seven strikeouts and three walks. Gallardo is 0-1 with a 5.17 ERA in his rehab starts, but manager Ned Yost said Gallardo's numbers could have looked better -- on Monday in particular.
