Troy Percival was left off of the Rays World Series roster, according to the St. Petersburg Times. Percival is still available as an injury replacement.Although Percival is healthy, it's difficult to disagree with Maddon's decision to keep the bullpen the same. Aside from the seven-run collapse in Game 5 against Boston, the Rays bullpen has been solid all October.
