Carrie Muskat, of MLB.com, reports Chicago Cubs SP Ted Lilly (shoulder) underwent a left shoulder arthroscopy and debridement Tuesday, Nov. 3. No major damage to Lilly's shoulder was found during the procedure. He will immediately begin an aggressive range-of-motion and strengthening program. Lilly is scheduled to be re-examined after Jan. 1.
