Updating previous reports, MLB.com's Jordan Bastian posted on his Twitter page that Toronto Blue Jays 3B Scott Rolen extended his hitting streak to 21 games Saturday, July 4, against the New York Yankees. The club record is 28 games, set by Shawn Green in 1999.
