The Blue Jays optioned Scott Richmond to Triple-A Syracuse Friday. GM J.P. Ricciardi said Richmond will probably be back up when rosters expand. 'We haven't made our minds up on September call-ups yet but he did a good job, a real good job,' Ricciardi said. 'He came out of nowhere and put himself on the map. He kept us in three games. Going forward, he's definitely in our plans - that's great.'Richmond posted a 5.06 ERA in three starts but had an impressive 13/1 K/BB rate over 16 innings.
