Joe Frisaro, of MLB.com, reports the Atlanta Braves agreed on a contract with free-agent RP Scott Proctor (Marlins) Wednesday, Nov. 4, according to his agent, Mark Rodgers. The deal is a split contract with an invitation to Spring Training. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
