Lynn Henning, of The Detroit News, reports Detroit Tigers SP Rick Porcello (shoulder) allowed just two hits and an unearned run while throwing 51 pitches in five innings against the Washington Nationals Tuesday, March 31. However, he left the game as a precautionary move with right shoulder stiffness. Porcello was hit in the shoulder by a line drive off the bat of 3B Ryan Zimmerman.
