The Baltimore Orioles have recalled Oscar Salazar from Triple-A Norfolk, filling the spot vacated by Radhames Liz, optioned to Norfolk this morning, according to the Sports Network.Salazar hit .235 with two homers and four RBI in 17 at-bats over nine games for Baltimore in 2008.
