Dodgers.MLB.com's Ken Gurnick reports Los Angeles Dodgers OF Manny Ramirez isn't a lock to exercise his $20 million option for next season. Ramirez and his agent Scott Boras are unpredictable. Ramirez also said he's 37 years old and feeling it. He has told teammates that the pounding his legs absorb playing the outfield is taking a toll, and he should be a designated hitter.
