The third-place Blue Jays (32-34) are leaning heavily on Gausman as injuries have completely decimated their starting rotation, with several key arms sidelined on the injured list. Slotting in as the undisputed top starter in Toronto, Gausman has endured a rocky 5.06 ERA over his last 16.0 innings, though he continues to showcase dominant stuff with 18 strikeouts in that span.
