Jon Lester has been named the AL Pitcher of the Month for September, according to the AP. Lester went 4-1 with a 2.14 ERA and 28 strikeouts over five starts in the month.With Josh Beckett ailing, Lester is set to take the hill in Game 1 of the divisional series against the Angels.
