Not what Danks -- nor all the fantasy owners leaning on him in head-to-head formats -- was looking for in his final start of the season. After tossing 13 scoreless innings over his last two outings, Danks submitted his worst effort since early-April. Entering Friday he had been a rock-solid option in September, compiling a 2.42 ERA and 1.14 WHIP in four starts. The young lefty will hope to get another start in the postseason, but as of Friday the White Sox were on the outside looking in.
