MLB.com's Adam McCalvy reports the Milwaukee Brewers have released RP Jesus Colome, to free an additional 40-man roster spot for an additional September callup Monday, Sept. 7. Assistant general manager Gord Ash said a pitcher would be recalled, but did not give a name. Possibilities include Triple-A Nashville SP John Axford or RP Dave Johnson, or Double-A Huntsville P Josh Butler.
