Jeff Suppan was denied a win on Friday despite a strong performance. He held the Cubs to one run on four hits and two walks over seven innings, but the Brewers eventually fell in the tenth.
Our View: Friday's start was a nice rebound for Soup, who had allowed 12 runs in his last 10.2 innings. Still his start was against the anemic Cubs' offense, so don't get too excited yet.
