ESPN's Peter Gammons reports the Boston Red Sox would still like to re-sign OF Jason Bay after they acquired OF Jeremy Hermida. Bay has brushed off a four-year, $60 million offer thus far. If they can't sign Bay, the Red Sox would pursue OF Matt Holliday (Cardinals), who has a family connection with pitching coach John Farrell.
