According to the Tampa Tribune, the Rays plan to skip Jeff Niemann's next start.
Our View: Matt Garza will get the start in his stead on Sunday. Then next week's series against Toronto will feature Scott Kazmir, James Shields and David price. Niemann will be available out of the bullpen.
