DeRosa fine after cutting finger
Mark DeRosa had one of his fingers on his right hand cut by Dodgers' first baseman James Loney's cleats in Game 1 on Wednesday, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. DeRosa said the injury is no big deal and he will be fine for the rest of the series.
Our View: DeRosa got medical attention on the finger as soon as it happened last night, and he stayed in the game. The bigger concern is the wrist injury he has been dealing with for most of his tenure as a Cardinal, as these cuts are nothing to worry about.
