News: Braves SP Jair Jurrjens threw several sets from 90 feet on Friday, attempting to overcome shoulder inflammation, according to MLB.com. Pitching coach Roger McDowell said Jurrjens experienced 'minimal pain' during the session. 'It was just minimal discomfort,' McDowell said. 'We'll see how he is tomorrow.'
