Joe Frisaro, of MLB.com, reports Florida Marlins SS Hanley Ramirez, in honor of winning his first batting title, is the National League recipient of the Silver Bat Award from Louisville Slugger. Ramirez finished the season with a team-record .342 batting average, and became the first Marlins player to win a batting title.
