Eyre leaves with ankle injury
ESPN.com is reporting that Phillies' relief pitcher Scott Eyre left Sunday's game in the seventh inning after he turned his ankle while trying to field a Dexter Fowler bunt. No word yet on his status for Monday's Game 4.
Our View: It looked bad when he went down, but he did walk off the field under his own power. It would be a bit surprising if he was able to go tonight, but we will keep you updated on his status as it is released.
