Hart favorite for No. 5 spot

Kevin Hart is believed to be the top candidate to win the No. 5 spot in the Pirates' rotation, according to the Associated Press.

Our View: Daniel McCutchen is also vying for the role. Hart was 1-8 with a 6.92 ERA with the Pirates last season, and would just be worth a look for deeper NL-only leagues if he wins the job in the rotation.
