Chris Duncan is believed to be fully recovered from surgery to repair a herniated disk, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He has full strength and use of his right arm again since the first half of the 2007 campaign.This is good news for Duncan, but he looks to start the 2009 season as a reserve in a deep and talented Cardinals' outfield.
