The Associated Press reports Oakland Athletics SP Brett Anderson had not lost since Aug. 30 before his team's 4-2 loss Thursday, Oct. 1, against the Seattle Mariners. He was 4-0 in September with a 2.28 ERA and was 8-3 with a 3.02 ERA over his previous 16 starts.
