Joe Stiglich, of The Mercury News, reports Oakland Athletics SS Bobby Crosby said he is unlikely to return to the team next season. 'They're obviously moving in a different direction, and I've made it very clear I want to play shortstop,' Crosby said. 'If the opportunity was given to me to play shortstop here, I'd have no problem coming back, but I know that's not going to be the case.'
