ESPN.com reports the Minnesota Twins acquired SS J.J. Hardy from the Milwaukee Brewers Friday, Nov. 6, in exchange for OF Carlos Gomez. Adam McCalvy, of MLB.com, reports the move essentially means Brewers SS Alcides Escobar will be the starting shortstop next season.
