News: The Arizona Republic reports that Coyotes D Zbynek Michalek (lower body) skated Sunday in full equipment for the first time since he got hurt. “I’m trying to get back at it,” he said. “No matter what you do off the ice, there’s nothing like skating. I felt good, just a little out of breath trying to get my conditioning back. But I’m happy with the progress, and it’s going well for me.” [...]

Zbynek Michalek was on the ice in full equipment Sunday for the first time since sustaining a lower-body injury. "I’m trying to get back at it," Michalek said. "No matter what you do off the ice, there’s nothing like skating. I felt good, just a little out of breath trying to get my conditioning back. But I’m happy with the progress, and it’s going well for me." Michalek has been sidelined for eight games and there's currently no timetable for his return. Stay tuned.
