Radek Martinek will miss the remainder of the season because of a torn ACL in his right knee. Martinek will finish the 2009-10 campaign with two goals and three points in 16 games. He has played in eight season with the Islanders, but has never finished a season with more than 17 points or 40 penalty minutes.
