Daniel Sedin (broken foot) was "skating hard and without pain" on Thursday, but will not return until Sunday, according to the Vancouver Province.
Our View: He was originally expected to return Friday. Although it is entirely possible his return could be pushed back yet again, it's worth the risk to start him in weekly leagues next week.

Daniel Sedin (broken foot) is targeting Sunday for his return. Sedin broke his foot on October 7th and it was thought at the time he would be out for 4-6 weeks. He has had a setback earlier and is now at the six week mark, so Sunday's return seems reasonable barring another setback. Sedin is looking to practice on Thursday after skating by himself on Wednesday. Get him in your lineup for next week if you have weekly moves as Sedin is a top scorer in the NHL, averaging around a point a game.
