How it Works
Our Start/Sit tool has been designed to analyze multiple categories for each player to decide a winner. A player is assigned an advantage in each category. The final decision is presented with a specific percentage of start certainty.
Start/Sit decisions based on up to 7 different categories for accurate analysis: Injury Status, Fantasy Expert Ratings, Scheduled Matchups, Player Analysis, Performance Trends, FantasySP Player Ratings, and more.
Below we will explain in more detail the various features of the Start/Sit tool.
Getting Started
The tool has been designed to be extremely easy and straightforward to use. A list of player suggestions will show up as you start typing a player on the home screen.
The start/sit tool is smart enough to come up with player comparisons based on the position of the first player. However, we also add the option of a flex position, to compare a WR to a TE, or vice versa.
Trending Data
Also located on the homepage of the tool are trending data statistics that track how others are using the tool in the past few hours.
These trending statistics are showcased using a green, orange, and gray bar. The hottest trends are shown in green and the bar color fades to gray.
The trending data is constantly changing throughout the day, so be sure to check it often throughout the fantasy week.
The Start Decision
Most sections of the tool will show an advantage to one player or the other. In some cases, no advantage will be shown depending on the data at hand.
Various sections of the tool are interactive. The news section has the ability to show news from dozens of websites. The trends section has an interactive graph.
The final decision will be shown at the bottom of the page with a degree of certainty. Just below that is an option for you to voice your opinion and see if others agree or disagree with the start decision.
