Analysis: Lindell has had a couple of monster weeks in Week 2 against the Bucs and Week 6 against the Jets. He is 13 of 15 on the season on field goals and will continue to be a consistent Fantasy option going forward. Don't use him Week 9, however, as the Bills are on a bye

Chris Brown, of BuffaloBills.com, reports Buffalo Bills PK Rian Lindell had eight points during the team’s Week 7 game. Lindell now has 674 points with the team and sole possession of second place on the team’s all-time list behind former PK Steve Christie.

News: Bills K Rian Lindell, who contributed 10 points last week after contributing a total of eight points over the previous three weeks, again came through Week 7 at Carolina. He had a total of eight points, kicking two field goals, including a long of 29 yards, and two extra points.

Analysis: Lindell again had a decent performance, but the Bills offense didn't contribute to it, picking up only 167 yards. With that kind of team moving the ball, Lindell doesn't stand much chance of consistent Fantasy production. He remains a low-end option for Week 8 against the Texans

Concussion

It's now been over two weeks since Trent Edwards sustained a concussion in Buffalo's Week 6 overtime win over the Jets at the Meadowlands. And though the headaches are gone, there are still measures of the medical staff's protocol that must be taken. When asked if he'll play next week at Tennessee the Bills quarterback left it in the hands of the medical staff."I hope so," he said. "Honestly that's not up to me right now. News: The Bills have signed safety Todd Johnson in a bid to improve their injury-riddled defense. Johnson's agent, Peter Schaffer, confirmed his client signed with Buffalo on Tuesday. The move comes a day after Buffalo announced linebackers Kawika Mitchell and Marcus Buggs both sustained season-ending injuries in a 6-3 loss to Cleveland on Sunday.

Analysis: Johnson was a fourth-round pick by Chicago in 2003 and played three years with the Bears before joining St. Louis in 2007. He will be organizational depth for the Bills and should not be owned in Fantasy at this time
