Kent Babb, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs DL Turk McBride (spleen) suffered a bruised spleen in Week 2. McBride said he vomited blood after suffering the injury. A CT scan initially revealed no damage to his spleen, but a second scan showed swelling to the organ. His status for Week 3 is uncertain.
