Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez is upset that he likely will not be able to set the NFL record for receiving yards by a tight end, according to the Kansas City Star. "IÂ’m highly disappointed. I wish I could have gotten it with a win against the Broncos, a home game, my whole family is there, they were going to do a little ceremony and stop the game and stuff," Gonzalez said.The future Hall of Fame tight end needed just three more yards, and he was calling for the ball at the end of the game last week, but Chiefs coach Herm Edwards was insistent that they run the ball, and Larry Johnson got six straight handoffs. K.C. plays at Carolina next week, where he will probably break the record.
